Group Training Sessions at Cool Creek Park are:
Wednesday at 7:30pm
and
Saturday at 7:30am
Newbies are welcome.
If you are a newbie, then here is more info. The trainng session is one hour. $15 per person. We meet at the soccer field (or right next to it). The training consists of a warm-up, mobility/flexibility work, strength training with kettlebells and body weight exercise, and conditioning exercise with body weight, kettlebells, the sled, and other creative exercises. The exercises will probably be new to you, but we can scale the training to anyone's fitness level/experience.
