Run of the Week June 30th, 2008

Warm-up: Perform mobility exercises, walk, jog, and run for 6-10:00

Format: Intervals, alternate run and rest intervals until all run intervals are completed.

Run Intervals: 0.4, 0.2, 0.4, 0.2, 0.4, 0.2 miles (run at 110-120% of your one mile pace)

Rest Intervals: Walk slowly until your heart rate gets below 110 bpm.

Post times, distance and speeds.

Not sure if I'm remembering correctly, but I think I did 2.31miles in 25:42 minutes. Jen

Slar says - About 28:00 and 2.36 miles. Power went out for a second when the storm came through Tuesday night....had to do math here. Speed at 7.2 mph.
