Run of the Week, June 23rd, 2008

Warm-up: 10:00 of mobility exercises, walking, jogging, and running

Format: Intervals

Run Intervals: 0.33 mile x 4 (about 110% of mile pace)

Rest Intervals: slow walking until heart rate is less than 110 bpm

Alternate Run and Rest Intervals until you have completed all four Run Intervals.

1.63 miles; 16:46 minutes, set on 9 on treadmill. My legs were very heavy from last night's group training session...phew! Jen

1.61 miles in 18:45 set on 6.8 to 7.0 on treadmill... Jen you are amazing, I think I would go flying off the treadmill at 9. Try and get to the session tomorrow morning:)

Slar says - 19:07 at 7.3 mph; about 2.34 total miles including 10:00 warm-up.
