Warm-up: 5-10:00
Alternate Run/Rest Intervals
Run Interval: 0.25 miles x 6
Rest Interval: Use your heart rate for determining how long to walk (at a slow pace, ~2.5 mph). Walk until your heart rate is below 110 bpm.
Post your best pace, total time, and any other complaints or random thoughts.
Should be easier than last week.

best pace 7.0 (wicked fast for me)
Not my best week after being gone for break and out from illness for while but I will keep on plugging! I'll try to REPRESENT for the over 40's a little better next time!
