Run of the Week














Warm-up for 5-10 minutes by gradually increasing your pace.

Run intervals: 0.25 mile (hard), walk 0:30

*Repeat six times

Post times (not including warm-up)

Wow , that was rough for me..my face was red for an hour ..

18:23 for me. That kicked my butt. My face was really red, too!

Well tried it again. Not much improvement 16:05 and was completely beat at the end....talk about red faced.
