I can now meet my target calories without getting overly hungry. <br /><br />A couple other staples from my diet include South Beach High Protein Bars. They contain 10g protein, 5g fat and 15g carb for a total of 140 calories. I eat them as a snack. Dan hasn't complained to me about them yet. They come in chocolate, peanut butter, cinamon raison and cranberry almond.<br /><br />I also eat Kroger Light Cowpals String Cheese. As you said in reply to me yesterday, it is hard to find good foods. I think it would be a great idea if people could post things they have found and really like. Like Julie's suggestion of the Chobani yogurt, I now eat it all the time now. <br /><br />I found these yummy black bean burgers:210 cal. 17g protein/24g carbs.
