I don't understand some of it.....GOod article. I don't understand some of it...I'd have to print it and really read it with some lookups of terms. <br /><br />The only thing I disagree with is the whole "millions of years." I am not a believer that the earth has existed that long or that there is evidence that anything existed that long ago. But - regardless - even a few thousand years ago people were eating what meat they could get. Not sure how they made their "bread" but they obviously walked everywhere they went. <br /><br />I'm glad to know this about saturated fat, because all the reduced fat processed products seem to replace the fat with some sort of carb. Now that I am working out regularly and know my body needs the fat, I'll take the fat over those mysterious carbs any day.<br /><br />Thanks for all the info.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
